report is authentic and I muchregret error which allowed the paragraph to pass. Copies have already been laid 1 before the Legislative Council and distributed elsewhere

but efforts are being made to recall them quietly and to substitute expurgated copies and to amend all spare copies before binding into Administrative Reports.
